[Regarding the Bottle and Liquid Condition]
This is a genuine bottle imported via the official Japanese importer, Good Live (Takashimaya).
It has been strictly stored in a professional wine cellar under ideal conditions (over 80% humidity). Due to this long-term humid storage, there is tearing/loss in the center of the back label, as well as cracking and crumbling on the wax capsule.
The liquid level remains high at the neck line, showing no signs of past major leakage or heat damage. However, due to the nature of old vintages, we cannot guarantee the condition, flavor, or quality of the liquid inside (such as cork taint/bouchon, etc.).
This bottle is recommended strictly for those who accept the inherent risks of aged wine and wish to purchase it for personal consumption or study. Sold strictly as-is with no claims and no returns. Thank you for your understanding.
■ Domestic Shipping & Temperature Control
To ensure wine quality, shipping from the seller to the designated domestic address (such as the forwarding company's warehouse within Japan) will be handled via Yamato Transport's Cool Takkyubin (Refrigerated courier). Shipping costs within Japan are prepaid by the seller (Free shipping for the buyer).
■ International Forwarding Risk
All export/import procedures, customs clearance, taxes, duties, and compliance with alcohol regulations in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Please note that international transit via forwarding services is generally not refrigerated. The seller is NOT responsible for any temperature control, leakage, or deterioration during international transit after the item is safely delivered to the domestic forwarding service in Japan.
■ Terms & Condition Notes
