American Guinea Pig: Bloodshock tells the story of a man who is being held against his will. Day after day, his body is systematically dissected dissected, manipulated, destroyed. Language? Extinguished. Hope? Buried.

But behind a wall, beyond the ordeal, a silent presence is noticeable: a second prisoner. Invisible, but noticeable. Their silent signs become the only light in a world of darkness and delusion.
